By engaging with IQA-US services, institutions and candidates formally agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the framework of our accreditation, assessment, and certification delivery.
Institutional Obligations
Institutions must strictly adhere to the following:
- Provide accurate and truthful documentation
- Maintain approved curriculum standards
- Conduct assessments ethically
- Protect intellectual property
- Comply with accreditation guidelines
Misrepresentation may result in suspension or complete withdrawal of accreditation.
Candidate Obligations
Candidates participating in assessments must:
- Provide valid identity information
- Complete assessments independently
- Follow examination guidelines
- Avoid any form of malpractice
Certification may be revoked immediately if misconduct is identified.
Intellectual Property
IQA-US retains strict, exclusive ownership of all proprietary systems and operational frameworks, including but not limited to:
- Accreditation frameworks
- Assessment systems
- Digital verification tools
- Certification formats
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of these properties is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Accreditation confirms compliance with IQA-US standards at the specific time of evaluation. It is an independent quality assurance mark and does not:
- Guarantee employment outcomes for graduates.
- Replace, supersede, or act as regulatory licensing in any jurisdiction.
- Represent government endorsement, unless explicitly stated and officially documented.
Amendments
IQA-US reserves the right to update, modify, or revise policies and operational procedures as necessary to align with evolving international education and compliance standards. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of these updates.
