Ownership of Intellectual Property

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of IQA-US, including:

Certification formats and templates
Assessment frameworks and systems
Curriculum and academic structures
Digital platforms and portals

Permitted Use

Accredited institutions are granted limited, non-transferable rights to:

Use IQA-US branding strictly for approved accreditation purposes and deliver courses aligned with our guidelines.

Issue certifications through the official IQA-US portal and use the logo for marketing purposes.

Restrictions

  • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of materials.
  • Issuing certifications outside the official IQA-US system.
  • Replicating IQA-US frameworks for independent or competing use.

6. Certification Integrity

All certificates must be issued through the official IQA-US platform to ensure unique identification, secure digital verification, and protection against forgery.

7. Third-Party Content

Institutions must ensure proper licensing and attribution for third-party materials. IQA-US holds no liability for unauthorized usage.

8. Enforcement

Breach of this policy may result in suspension of accreditation, revocation of certifications, or legal action.

9. Amendments

IQA-US reserves the right to update this policy periodically to reflect legal and technological changes.

10. Governing Law
