General Information & Scope
IQA US is an independent international autonomous accreditation and quality assurance body that evaluates and recognizes educational institutions, training providers, and professional academies based on defined quality standards.
Accreditation confirms that an institution meets IQA US quality benchmarks in governance, curriculum design, assessment systems, operational standards, and learner support services.
No. IQA US does not deliver courses. It accredits institutions that provide educational and training programs.
No. Accreditation confirms quality standards but does not guarantee employment or placement outcomes, but certificates are globally accepted.
IQA US is an independent accreditation body and does not replace local government licensing or statutory approvals required in specific jurisdictions.

Training institutes, skill development centers, vocational education providers, online academies, corporate training organizations, and private colleges or professional institutes may apply.
Diploma programs, advanced diploma programs, certificate programs, professional certifications, skill-based courses, and online or hybrid programs.
Yes. Online, blended, and distance-learning institutions can apply, provided they meet IQA US quality criteria.
Yes. Institutions can accredit multiple programs under their approved institutional accreditation framework.
Process, Requirements & Fees
The process includes application submission, document review, institutional evaluation, accreditation decision, and issuance of the Accreditation Certificate and ATC Code.
Institutions are required to submit a completely filled and signed accreditation application form along with details of the top 10 courses proposed for accreditation. The full curriculum or syllabus for each of the listed courses must also be provided for evaluation.
The process typically takes seven to 10 working days depending on document completeness and evaluation requirements.
Institutes may contact IQA US through official communication channels and submit the accreditation application form along with required documentation for evaluation.
The accreditation fee is USD 500. In addition, a flat fee of USD 10 per student certificate applies for certificates issued under IQA US accreditation.
Benefits, Validity & Verification
Enhanced institutional credibility, international quality recognition, authorization to use the IQA US logo for marketing purposes, certificate verification support, increased student trust, and stronger market positioning.
ATC (Authorized Training Centre) Code is a unique identification number issued to accredited institutions for certificate issuance and verification purposes which is also used to check in Partner verification in the website.
Accreditation granted by IQA US is valid for a lifetime, subject to continued compliance with our standards. However, the physical accreditation certificate is issued for one year at a time. Accredited institutions are required to obtain a minimum of 20 student certificates per year. Upon meeting this requirement, the accreditation certificate will be renewed annually without any additional renewal charges. If the minimum certificate requirement is not met, renewal charges will apply based on the applicable period.
Accredited institutions may use the IQA US logo for marketing purposes, including on their website, brochures, promotional materials, and pamphlets, in accordance with official branding guidelines. However, the IQA US logo must not be printed on student certificates issued directly by the institute unless specifically authorized in writing by IQA US.
Yes. IQA US offers verification support for certificates issued under accredited institutions using their assigned ATC Code.
Yes. Accreditation may be suspended or withdrawn if an institution fails to comply with IQA US standards or violates policies.
