Cancellation Policy
Structured Withdrawal & Service Termination Guidelines
IQA-US allows institutions and applicants to withdraw applications or cancel services under defined procedural conditions. This policy outlines the terms, timelines, and financial implications of service cancellation.
Institutional Accreditation Cancellation
Institutions may cancel their accreditation application by submitting a formal written request. The implications of cancellation depend on the stage of the evaluation process:
Before Documentation Review Begins
After Evaluation Process Begins
After Accreditation Approval
Accreditation status may be voluntarily withdrawn; however, fees remain strictly non-refundable. Upon withdrawal, institutions must immediately:
- Remove use of IQA-US accreditation mark
- Cease public reference to accredited status
Candidate Examination Cancellation
Candidates who fail to attend scheduled examinations without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling may be allowed based on institutional policy and specific examination guidelines.
Certification Cancellation
Once a certificate is officially issued, voluntary cancellation does not apply.
Revocation is possible only in strict cases of verified misconduct or serious compliance violations.
Policy Purpose
"This Cancellation Policy ensures structured service management, protects evaluation integrity, and maintains operational fairness across all our global partnerships."
